We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated science department and help students excel in one of the most exciting and fundamental subjects.

The Role: As a Chemistry Teacher, you will:

Teach Chemistry at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level, delivering engaging lessons that foster a deep understanding of the subject.
Develop creative lesson plans that inspire curiosity and excitement about the world of Chemistry.
Provide timely assessments, feedback, and support to help students succeed and reach their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department to develop and share best practices.
Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or revision sessions, to support student engagement beyond the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Chemistry Teacher who:

Holds a degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it. NQTs are encouraged to apply.
Has experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level (or is confident in doing so).
Is passionate about teaching Chemistry and able to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom.
