After School Club Leader / Support Staff

East London
3:00pm – 6:00pm (Term Time)
£40 per day (PAYE)
Minimum 3 days per week (ideally 5)

About the Role
At Your Teaching, we are proud to partner with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in East London, who are looking for an enthusiastic After School Club Leader / Support Staff member to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging environment at the end of the school day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting after school activities, with a strong focus on sports and active play

Creating a positive, inclusive and energetic atmosphere for all children

Ensuring the safety, wellbeing and engagement of pupils at all times

Supporting children’s social development through structured and free-play activities

Working collaboratively with school staff to deliver a high-quality provision

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about working with children and making a positive impact

Proactive, reliable and full of energy

Confident leading sports and physical activities

Experienced in childcare, education, coaching or similar settings (preferred)

Available at least 3 days per week (5 days strongly preferred)
